A Game of Two Halfs

Sam had a brilliant game once again, scoring a try in the first 2 minutes. He made some excellent runs, tackling his way through all those taller lads. Overall Sam scored 3 tries in the first half which means 15 points towards the overall score. Keep it up!

Man of the match went to Callum Wheelan. Callum had a great game, scoring 1 try he made an excellent pass to Michael Daniels of which Michael scored. Callum made brilliant runs but the best one I would say is when Joshua passed the ball to Callum and Callum just ran .....a Didsbury player couldn't keep up and Callum scored a fantastic try. Well done!

Oliver M. scored 2 tries in the first half one of these making a fantastic sidestep past a Didsbury Player and scoring a Marvellous try. Oliver made quite a number of runs always sidestepping and finding a way round the opposition. Oliver shared the ball and that's a team player. Fantastic game Oliver well done!

George had a number of runs as well he had a great game, he bumped his head and was sent off as he had a headache, but nearly every match George gets hurt in someway and Dizzy just says ' Its all right ref he's my lad, he'll be fine. just squirt some water ' something along those lines. Well done George!

Will had a great game making fantastic runs and scoring a try. Will shows nearly every game that he can tackle and that he can run. He made an amazing tackle to the opposition and Rossendale had the ball once again. Keep it up Will but be nice to the ref (says Dizzey !)

Michael had a good game as well, scoring a try for our team. The try was amazing, I thought that when Callum passed the ball, Didsbury would of caught it but Michael did and he sprinted for the try line. Michael excellent game keep it up !

Derek ( also known as smiley ) made some great passes and runs! They were all fantastic! Keep it up Derek!

Morgan what a team player you are...... It's your 2nd match and you know how to tackle fantastically and share the ball with your team members! Well done.

Joshua you are really improving your skills in rugby overall you had a great game but go for the ball and shout that you want it. Great game, Well Done!

Oliver C. you are doing a lot better in your tackling and your proving to be a player with many skills. A Fantastic game well done!

Everyone tried there hardest and the overall score was ...... Rossendale 40 VS Didsbury 50. Fantastic game everyone, and hopefully we'll see you next week!
