Rossendale Senior Colts 22 - 0 Altrincham Kersal Senior Colts

In a scrappy affair Rossendale progressed thanks to four tries from second row Matt Jackson,front row Danny Rylance, number 8 Leo Freschini, and stand in captain Nicholas Street. Sam Bedlow completed the scoring with two conversions.

Their reward is a trip to face Chester in what should be a tough test. Before then they are away to face West Park St Helens in the semi final of the Lancashire Colts Cup this Sunday. This will be another tough match but Rossendale will be strenghtened by the inclusion of their Lancashire representatives including captain Will Sharratt.
