CHANGE OF PLANS
Due to the Inclement weather the presentation Planning team have had two make some last minute change as some of our events partners have had to cancel for health & safety Reasons.

Therefore the Day is going ahead as follows

Coaches Get your Clip boards out an extend that Speech. Each Team will have a 20 Minute slot to do a resume of their season and award certificates.

There will still be a Main Presentation slot where the trophies will be issued to Players.

The following Teams Presentation will start at 11.45 For a 12 Noon Start. Anyone who is late will miss as there is very little room for movement.
So Under 6,7,8,9’s & 10’s You need to be here for 11.45 For 12 Noon Start. The coaches will have a time slot to carry out a short speech, Present certificates with all players coming up to stage.

The Under 11’s, 12’s Need to arrive at 12.45 for a 1 Pm start The coaches will have a time slot to carry out a short speech, Present certificates with all players coming up to stage.

The Main Trophy Presentation for U7,8,9,10,11’s & U12 Will be at 2 PM along with Club Oscar Award

The Under 13’s, 14’s, & 15’s Need to arrive at 2.30 for a 2.45 Start The coaches will have a time slot to carry out a short speech, Present certificates with all players coming up to stage.

The Under 15’s, 16’s & Colts Need to arrive at 3.15 for a 3.30 Start The coaches will have a time slot to carry out a short speech, Present certificates with all players coming up to stage.

The Main Trophy Presentation for U13,14’s,15’s,16’s, & Colts Will Be at 4.30 Pm along with Club Oscar award
