In what was a highly entertaining game the east Lancashire side ran in eight tries whilst keeping their own line intact offering the opposition just two penalties.
From a catch and drive Dominic Moon picked up to send Ryan McKibbin in, the No8 standing out from the maul, for the opening try , Steve Nutt adding the conversion.
From loose play James Bramhall put Jack Ward away, the centre breaking through to send the supporting Duncan Tout over for the second, Nutt again on hand with the extras.
Straight from the restart McKibbin broke clear, George Peel continued the move, McKibbin came back on the inside to send Alex Isherwood over for the third.
The bonus try came up before the interval, McKibbin again with Flynn and Bramhall working together to present Ward with the bonus opportunity, both converted by Nutt for 28-6 at half time.
The second half was all Rossendale. From a line out Fraser Lyndsey carved his way through before the dominant Rossendale pack forced a penalty try again both converted by Nutt.
A break by Curtis Strong and with support from Lewis Singleton followed by a long pass from Peel Tout went in for the seventh, Nutt again on hand with the conversion.
The final try was claimed by Isherwood from a catch and drive over the line.
