Last Saturday it was the turn of Blaydon with the home side taking maximum points against the northeast outfit.
Blaydon opened the scoring with a try from Jack Appleton but the home side were quick to reply as Harrison Moulding broke from a scrum to send the supporting Phil Mills over to level matters at 5-5.
Blaydon proceeded to take the initiative and crossed for tries through Keith Laughlin and Jack Davidson both converted by Jamie Guy for 5-19.
From a maul Jake Foster broke clear flicking the ball inside to allow Moulding to go under the posts, Louis Allen adding the conversion.
A break by Allen from half way and with some neat interpassing between Jack Wilkinson and Moulding, Mills was on hand to coast in for his second, again Allen slotting the extras.
Jack Ward brought up the bonus point picking up from a break down to charge down the touch line beating three tacklers for 24-19 at the interval.
In the second half Blaydon tried everything to get back into the game but solid defence from the Lancashire side held them at bay with a penalty from Allen the only score of the half to seal the win and deny Blaydon a losing bonus point.
